It doesn’t even need to be in the event of a disaster. Call answering can be activated for any reason that closes the office, including:

- Staff away at a conference
- Any unexpected reason the office needs to close
The business simply forwards their calls to us and we charge them by the number of minutes our receptionists spend on their calls.
Those who sign up for this basic plan are not required to use any other call answering or telecommunications services. However, services such as call answering after business hours or around the clock, order entering, or CRM management can be added to the basic plan anytime.
