Need Your Calls Answered During An Emergency Only?

Voice Link offers an easy, basic plan for which companies pay a flat fee of $20.00 for each billing cycle to set up their account and activate our services whenever they need to. It doesn’t even need to be in the event of a disaster. Call answering can be activated for any reason that closes the office, including:

  • Hurricane Evacuation
  • Storm damage
  • Fire evacuation or damage
  • Staff out sick
  • Staff away at a conference
  • Any unexpected reason the office needs to close

The business simply forwards their calls to us and we charge them by the number of minutes our receptionists spend on their calls.

Those who sign up for this basic plan are not required to use any other call answering or telecommunications services. However, services such as call answering after business hours or around the clock, order entering, or CRM management can be added to the basic plan anytime.

With the basic disaster plan in place, clients can rest assured knowing that their customers will be attended to around the clock when they’re not able to do so themselves. Then, once they’re able to safely return to work, they’re able to catch up more quickly than if they have to make up for hours or days of missed calls and messages.
