CFO JoAnn Fussell Earns KPI Professional Certification
Demonstrating commitment to her profession through continuous learning about the latest trends in measuring performance, JoAnn Fussell, CFO and owner of Voice Link of Columbus, Inc., has earned the KPI Professional certification.
Fussell enrolled in the rigorous program with the KPI Institute in order to learn the most advanced means of utilizing and sustaining key performance indicators. KPI Institute is internationally recognized for providing definitive standards, clear-cut processes, and best practices for professionals.

In 2015, Fussell received the ATSI President Award that recognizes members who have given tirelessly to the industry in a volunteer capacity. In February 2017, Fussell was also elected to the National Amtelco Equipment Owners (NAEO) Board of Directors.
She has served on several national boards within her trade organizations, hosted regional trade group meetings, and spoken at numerous trade organization conferences. The National Association of Professional Women selected Fussell as VIP Woman of the Year in 2013.
